The TJ-X series magnetic particle flaw detectors feature a compact structure, a reasonable layout, a small size, a light weight, and are easy to carry. They are widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petrochemicals, and machin- ery for magnetic particle flaw detection of surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials of various steel structural components, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, and all types of welded structures. This flaw detector can be directly connected to an alternating current (AC) power source for use. It can also be optionally equipped with an AC magnetization power supply and a DC magnetization power supply for use, which is efficient and portable. It is especially suitable for the inspection of hull welds, the inspection of welds of high-altitude steel structures, and internal operations of pressure vessels.
