Descriptions:
LS225 magnetic induction coating thickness gauge, when equipped with the F500 probe, is specifically designed for the measurement of coating thickness on ferromagnetic metal substrates. This coating thickness meter boasts an exceptionally high level of measurement accuracy and repeatability, making it suitable for testing ultra-thin coatings with a thickness of less than 10μm. The coating thickness gauge meter uses a probe-type sensor with a minimum measurement area diameter as small as 7 millimeters, making it particularly well-suited for testing small-sized materials. When used in conjunction with a dedicated handheld test fixture, the magnetic induction coating thickness gauge achieves a repeatability of 0.1 micrometers.
 
Features:
1. Measure ultra-thin coatings below 10μm and ensure accurate and stable data.
2. Minimum measuring area of the probe is 7 mm, which makes it suitable for testing small-sized materials.
3. Advanced digital probes are used to ensure the accuracy of the test data.
4. With data statistics function, LS225 can automatically count the maximum, minimum, average and the standard deviation.
5. The coating thickness tester supports zero adjustment and multi-point calibration to ensure more accurate data.
6. Optional specialized stable fixtures can eliminate errors caused, and the data repeatability can reach 0.1μm.
