Eddy current testing is suitable for defect detection of various ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc., and tubes, rods, wires, plates, and parts. It uses technologies such as impedance plane analysis and multi-amplitude phase amplitude area alarm to achieve automatic defect detection.
Commonly used eddy current detection coil probes are divided into through-type and point-type. Different coil probes are used for different application scenarios.
